Please note:
Version 3.6 is a so-called major release; to update from version 3.5 or earlier, you will need a paid licence.
Since version 3.5, the Basic Editions have also required registration and a paid licence. You can obtain these from our specialist retail partners.
Updates within version 3.6 via service packs, however, are free of charge. Simply use the combined update and installation files for the relevant software.
Only start the installation after taking a recent backup of your database and once you have the registration details for version 3.6: LSM commission number + order number. Guidance on registration can be found in the manual in section 3.1.2.
The software should always be installed by an administrator with administrative rights. If you have any questions regarding the installation, please contact Support.
